Casearia di Sant’Anna was born in 1959 in the countries between Modena and Bologna for willing of a group of local breeders who decided to associate each others and start autonomously to transform their milk.

Father to son, from three generations are hand down the experience in the farming of the fields, the breeding of the cows, the milk production, that is finally transformed in PARMIGIANO-REGGIANO in their own dairy.

In the end of the ’90s, the partners, since the un-extensible needing of environmental conservation and genuineness of the food products, decided to convert their farms, breeding and the dairy under the rules of Organic Farming.In the same period they started to organize the company to obtain the certifications for the most restrictive standards for the organic production, traceability and quality management systems.
